30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Hygiene & Health Exceptions

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Pet beds, blankets, and bedding
• Grooming tools, brushes, and nail clippers
• Food and water bowls, feeders, and fountains
• Wearable items: collars, harnesses, clothing
• Litter boxes and waste management products

These items can only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return

Email support@petplanetstore.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
