What payment methods do you accept? ⌄
We use Stripe to process payments securely. At checkout, you can pay with major
credit/debit cards, and any available local methods shown for your region.
Your card details are encrypted and handled by Stripe for added security.
Can I change or cancel my order? ⌄
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Once shipped, changes may not be possible — but you can still use our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt? ⌄
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after checkout. If you need an invoice for records,
contact us with your order number and billing details.
✈️Shipping & Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days (varies by destination and courier).
- Tracking: we send a tracking link by email once your parcel ships.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspection, holidays, weather and courier delays may affect transit time.
Why does tracking show “no updates” at first? ⌄
Some carriers update tracking only after the parcel reaches the next sorting hub.
If there is no update for 5–7 business days, contact us and we’ll check it for you.
💚Returns & After-sales Support
What if there is a problem with my order? ⌄
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery
with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund
based on our policy.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind? ⌄
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days if the product is unused and in original packaging.
Some hygiene and custom items may be non-returnable — please check the Returns & Refunds page before sending items back.
How long do refunds take? ⌄
After we confirm the return (or verify the issue), refunds are typically processed within
5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
