Returns & Refunds Policy

We want both you and your pets to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right,

this page explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work at Pet Planet Store.

📦Return Window & Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in resellable condition.
  • Items should include original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable.
  • Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

If the item is returned in a condition that reduces its value (e.g., used, missing parts, damaged packaging),

we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.

🚫Non-returnable Items

  • Opened pet food, treats or supplements.
  • Used beds, blankets, litter boxes or other hygiene products.
  • Personalized / custom-made items and digital products.
  • Clearance or “final sale” items marked as non-returnable.

🧾Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not shipped, you can request a cancellation for a full refund.
  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. You can request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).

💸Return Shipping & Refunds

  • If the return is due to change of mind or wrong size/variant ordered, you cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to wrong item, damage, or defect, we will help with a replacement, store credit, or refund (case-by-case).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

🌍International Orders & Customs

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If a parcel is refused or not claimed and is returned or destroyed by the carrier/customs,

    non-recoverable fees (e.g., shipping, customs handling) may be deducted from any refund.

⏱️Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 7 days)

with photos/videos so we can resolve it quickly.

📝How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@petplanetstore.com with your order number, item(s) and reason for return.

    If there is damage/defect, please attach photos/videos.

  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
    Please do not send anything back before receiving our confirmation, as return addresses may vary by product and warehouse.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection and process

    the refund/replacement as quickly as possible.

Note: Processing time may vary based on banking networks and your payment method.
